Since its establishment, WECA has always adhered to the tenet of “within the full process and being all-round, being scientific and standardized, being the brain of the industry, to build the bridge within the government and enterprise”, with an aim to cultivate talents and enterprises to develop the industry of whole process engineering consulting, and promote the cause of whole process engineering consulting with high quality. It is mainly engaged in the research of whole process engineering consulting policy, theory and practice.
单位会员：
应有加入研究会的意愿，拥护本会章程；具有工程服务类资格，在相应业务领域有一定影响；财务会计制度健全，具有开展业务所需的资本金；信用良好，无严重违法失信行为记录。
其中：申请理事单位以上类别及监事单位的会员必须在广东省设有法定机构。

理事会：
会员大会的执行机构，在闭会期间领导本团体开展日常工作，对会员大会负责。
常务理事会：
由理事会选举产生，在理事会闭会期间行使有关职权，对理事会负责。
监事：
由会员大会选举产生，监督理事会按照章程履行职责情况。
