深圳市全过程工程咨询研究会机构介绍 —
深圳市全过程工程咨询研究会（以下简称“全咨会”），是由广东省和深圳市多家全过程工程咨询试点单位，和一批长期从事全过程工程咨询的专家联合申请，经由主管单位深圳市住房和建设局批准成立，于2020年11月25日在深圳市社会组织管理局获准登记注册的地方性、学术性、非营利性社会团体。 全咨会自成立以来，始终秉承“全程全位 科学规范 行业大脑 政企桥梁”的十六字精神宗旨，主要从事全过程工程咨询政策、理论、实践等方面的研究，旨在培养全过程工程咨询人才，培育全过程工程咨询企业，发展全过程工程咨询产业，高质量推进全过程工程咨询事业。 全咨会目前拥有在会会员单位近40家，在会专家会员250余人。2023年，全咨会荣获深圳市“4A级社会组织”称号。

Fonded on 25st Nov. 2020, Shenzhen Whole Process Engineering Consulting and Research Association (abbreviated as WECRA) is a local, academic and non-profit social organization, established by multiple whole process engineering consulting pilot corporations in Guangdong Province and Shenzhen with a group of experienced experts in this area. It was approved by both Housing and Construction Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality and Civil Affairs Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality for establishment. Since its establishment, WECRA has always adhered to the tenet of “within the full process and being all-round, being scientific and standardized, being the brain of the industry, to build the bridge within the government and enterprise”, with an aim to cultivate talents and enterprises to develop the industry of whole process engineering consulting, and promote the cause of whole process engineering consulting with high quality. It is mainly engaged in the research of whole process engineering consulting policy, theory and practice. WECRA currently has nearly 40 organizational members and more than 250 expert members. It won the title of "4A-level Non-governmental Organization" in Shenzhen in 2023.
组织架构 —
研究会会员构成（单位会员和个人会员）：

单位会员：

应有加入研究会的意愿，拥护本会章程；具有工程服务类资格，在相应业务领域有一定影响；财务会计制度健全，具有开展业务所需的资本金；信用良好，无严重违法失信行为记录。

其中：申请理事单位以上类别及监事单位的会员必须在广东省设有法定机构。

个人会员：

应有加入研究会的意愿，拥护本会章程；在工程服务有关领域有一定影响，信用良好，无严重违法失信行为记录。


最高权力机构：会员大会

理事会：

会员大会闭会期间的执行机构，依照本会章程的规定和会员大会的决议行使职权。

监事会：

会员大会设立的监督机构，负责监督本会的业务活动及财务管理，对会员大会负责，并报告工作。
